是次項目是我們在生態和可持續設計上的一次實驗。項目位於大埔滘自然護理區環繞的一個山坡上，場地記錄到的物種包括22種鳥類、46種蝴蝶、12種蜻蜓，以及3種螢火蟲。景觀設計講求簡約 —— 以透水樹脂鋪面營造出和暖、簡潔且無縫的效果。小徑繞着原有的天然大石以及就地取材而來的石頭而行。第一期的種植，包括花期與結果期分佈於四季的果樹，加上實驗性的草生栽培品種，提供蜜源並吸引鳥類和其他哺乳動物。

This project is an experiment for us on ecological and sustainable design, with small trials on both hard and soft landscape. Located on a hilly enclave surrounded by the Tai Po Kau Nature Reserve, the site has a record of 22 bird species, 46 butterfly species, 12 odonate species, and 3 firefly species. 

Simplicity in hard landscape is the essence – permeable resin bound surfacing delivers a warm, clean and seamless experience. Our designed paths meander around large existing rocks and rocks salvaged on site. The completed Phase 1 comprises a mix of fruit trees with flowering and fruiting periods in all seasons. Together with an experimental palette for grass cultivation, the plant species offers nectar sources and attracts birds and other mammals.
