康樂及文化事務署及市區重建局計劃在旺角以「微型公園系統」的概念，改善及連結區內零散的小型休憩空間。作為「微型公園」先導計劃，六個散落於山東街附近的公共空間將進行活化。為發掘「微型公園」的可能性，及扣連旺角歷史文化。在是次項目，我們舉辦了一連串社區參與活動，邀請不同持分者參與設計過程。
The Leisure and Cultural Services Department and the Urban Renewal Authority (URA) are creating a “Nano Park System” within Mong Kok area, through upgrading and connecting small and isolated open spaces. 6 existing public open spaces scattered along Shantung Street have been selected for pilot implementation. To explore the possibilities of the “Nano Park System”, while re-connecting to the distinctive history and culture of Mong Kok. In this project, we engaged different stakeholders in the process of formulating the design strategies through a series of community engagement events.
