這次展覽帶你走進「斟斟不正常汽水廠」，以汽水製作的程序，呈現社區聆聽收集到的故事，以及淺嚐汽水製作的不同面向。透過一系列的互動，探索屯門青少年如何感受、理解和想像他們所身處的地方，把他們心中的五味雜陳具像化為味道。

How much do you really know about the journey of a soda — from preparation and brewing to bottling? Now imagine this: what if your unique story became the raw ingredient? What if impressions, emotions, and flavours could be distilled into a taste that reflects our shared idea of Tuen Mun? We invite you to join the JAM JAM Beverage Project and dream wildly with us in this sensory experiment about — and belonging to — Tuen Mun.
This exhibition brings you into the “JAM JAM Unorthodox Soda Factory.” Following the steps of soda-making, it showcases stories gathered from community listening, while giving you a first taste of the many facets of craft soda creation. Through a series of interactive experiences, you’ll explore how young people in Tuen Mun feel, interpret, and imagine the place they live — transforming their mixed emotions into real flavours.
